I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued support and patronage.

Since celebrating our tenth anniversary, we have redefined our vision as "Making Things Happen for a world that works together" and have been striving to become a global platform that serves as an engine of innovation.

Today, our IoT platform "SORACOM" delivers services across more than 200 countries and regions through over 550 carrier networks, supporting a wide range of innovation worldwide — from industrial sectors such as manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and agriculture, to new business ventures launched by startups.

Going forward, we will steadily execute our three-pillar growth strategy: expanding our global footprint, strengthening strategic alliances, and advancing generative AI × IoT ("AI of Things"), thereby scaling our business. In addition, we made Carriots, Inc. a consolidated subsidiary in October 2024, followed by Misora Connect, Inc. — which inherited the MVNO business of the Marubeni Group — in August 2025, and we will pursue integrated growth as a group.

The rapid adoption of generative AI is creating new business opportunities for companies everywhere. By combining IoT-driven data collection and control with AI-powered decision-making and analysis, we will actively empower our customers' innovation and the creation of new value.
