This program is designed to encourage more shareholders to hold Soracom stock over the medium to long term.

Shareholders listed on the shareholder registry as of April 30 each year who hold 600 shares (6 units) or more.

Delivery Timing
Included with the Notice of Convocation for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Coupon Code Terms and Conditions

Multiple coupon codes cannot be used at the same time.
・
If a coupon code is applied to a plan under USD 30, the full amount will still be used.

Once used, coupon codes cannot be re-registered. Please note that used codes may still appear on the coupon distribution site.
Coupon Code Expiration

Coupon codes have an expiration date. Please make sure to download the eSIM before the expiry date.

After downloading, you can use the service for 30 days from the first time you connect to mobile data in your destination. However, if the eSIM is not used within 180 days of purchase, it will expire.
Prohibited Uses of Coupon Codes

Resale or listing of coupon codes on auctions or resale platforms is strictly prohibited.
・
If a coupon code is found to have been obtained through fraudulent means, you may be charged the full value of the applied coupon code.
