We conduct annual health checkups for all employees and maintain a 100% participation rate to ensure consistent access to preventive physical health care. We also provide financial support for women’s health services to promote early detection, including breast and cervical cancer screenings.
In collaboration with our occupational physician and the KDDI Health Insurance Society, we continuously engage with employees in their health management, including encouraging those who require further examination to seek early medical attention.
We conduct annual stress checks, using the results to support workplace environment improvements in collaboration with each department.
Employees experiencing high levels of stress are offered the opportunity to consult with an occupational physician upon request.
We support the development of regular exercise habits among employees, particularly those working remotely, by encouraging employee-led fitness activities and providing financial support, allowing employees to organize activities that align with their individual interests and preferences.
We also organize company-wide fitness events and other initiatives to promote regular physical activity.
・
We offer flexible work arrangements, including flextime and remote work options, to accommodate diverse work styles and changes in employees’ life stages and personal circumstances.
We provide remote work allowances and subsidies for necessary equipment to support a comfortable and effective work environment.
・
We provide a range of leave programs, including maternity leave, childcare leave, family care leave, and nursing leave, enabling employees to balance their work and personal responsibilities.
・
We have established a Refresh Leave program that provides 10 days of additional leave and a stipend every five years of service, encouraging employees to take extended breaks and supporting sustained well-being and long-term engagement.
We hold monthly Health and Safety Committee meetings, which include workplace inspections at our offices, reports on evacuation drills, and reviews of health checkup results by the occupational physician.
We also promote awareness of workplace health and safety among employees through sessions led by occupational physicians and discussions on health-related initiatives.
Through these initiatives, we continue to strengthen our health management efforts, supporting employee well-being and enabling sustainable organizational growth in alignment with our vision.
